Postpartum Moms Group

You will often hear me say that the birth of a baby is also the birth of a mother no matter how many children you may have. Being a mother is a new version of you that you did not know existed. Think of it has version 2.0 - new, different, and ever changing as the time passes. With the change can bring about many beautiful moments but there are also many challenges that can come with this new role. Sometimes ones that catch mom off guard and that she wasn’t fully prepared for. This is natural.

For lots of moms there is a period of time where there is a sense of feeling isolated, lost, and overwhelmed. Ther during her postpartum journey. It also supports moms along this journey of “finding me” post baby. Expecting a mom to bounce back is like expecting a butterfly to change back into a caterpillar. It can’t because it’s changed indefinitely, in a beautiful way, but changed. Come surround yourself with other moms in a very similar place as you.

Upon signing up for this group, I will reach out to you to confirm we're a good fit, and that this group will be helpful for you. These groups are held virtually, for one hour each week, for 8 consecutive weeks.

All moms groups are an 8-week commitment to allow for a strong connection to be developed between all members. Groups are self-pay only at a rate of $47 per one-hour session ($376 total for the 8 weeks). You can pay weekly.

Expecting Moms Group

You will often hear me say that the birth of a baby is also the birth of a mother no matter how many children you may have. Being a mother is a new version of you that you did not know existed. Think of it has version 2.0 - new, different, and ever changing as the time passes. With the change can bring about many beautiful moments but there are also many challenges that can come with this new role. The very best time to connect with other moms in similar stages of their journey is during your pregnancy. Here in the expecting moms groups we navigate the experiences of carrying a baby along with how some pre planning can help you once the baby arrives. We dive deep into boundaries and how they will be important to us once baby is here. We discuss the changes that are headed your way along with how to lower expectations placed on you during the 4th trimester. You will leave feeling empowered to take control of your experience in your 4th trimester & beyond. You will also leave with knowledge of perinatal mood and anxiety disorders and what red flags you and your partner should be aware of. Carrying a baby is a life changing experience but having support and community from the start of your pregnancy is imperative and the way of the future for all moms

Upon signing up for this group, I will reach out to you to confirm we're a good fit, and that this group will be helpful for you. These groups are held virtually, for one hour each week, for 8 consecutive weeks.
